Utilizing the advanced Mesh Overlay process, this MOSFET offers extremely high switching performance and low gate charge, making it an excellent choice for high-efficiency power conversion.

Housed in the ISOWATT220 package, this component features internal ceramic insulation. This allows you to bolt the transistor directly to a heat sink without requiring extra insulating washers or thermal pads, significantly simplifying assembly while maintaining high dielectric strength.
